Reviewing Contractor’s Method Statements and Proposals.
Verification of ground control and survey stations
Study of the contract document and preparation of design and/or specification amendments.

Site measurement and interim payment certificate preparation
Analysis of Contractor’s claims
Inspection during Defects Liability Period, Issuance of Maintenance Certificates and Final Account
